Yep, it’s not hard. As for finding “good” domains, there’s about as many ways of doing it as there are people doing it.
If you think a domain is good, then go for it.
I look for niches and run a few key word searches in the “advanced search” function….One thing though..DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR TRAFFIC STATS you can really get burned getting in a bidding war if you think the site get 1000+ his/month because godaddy says so.
Onward makes a great point - always check backlinks, archive.org etc. If you can’t logically figure out why the name is getting traffic, its probably because it isn’t. There are a few names on there today with big traffic stats that make no sense but are still being bid up.
